RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

1. General Information

All artworks sold via Turkey Art Gallery are original creations produced by individual artists. Therefore, returns and exchanges are subject to specific limitations.

2. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with consumer protection law, buyers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery, provided that the artwork is not custom-made or personalized.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Artworks created upon request or personalized (e.g., works including the buyer's name, special colors, or date)
• Fragile artworks or those easily damaged
• Unsealed protective materials, if opened after delivery for hygiene or preservation reasons

3. Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please email info@turkiyesanatgaleri.com. Once approved, the product must be returned in undamaged, complete condition with its original packaging.

Shipping Costs:

• Covered by Turkey Art Gallery in case of defective or damaged items
• Covered by the buyer in all other cases

4. Exchanges

Due to the uniqueness of each piece, one-to-one exchanges are not possible. A new order can be placed after the return process is completed.

5. Refunds

Once the returned artwork is received and verified to meet the return conditions, a refund will be issued within 14 days using the original payment method.
