A person in search of truth first turns inward and seeks to attain the knowledge of their own truth — this is like a process. During this process, sometimes through coincidences and sometimes through deliberate choices, we encounter images and information that form connections between us and the truth. As we settle into ourselves, this magnificent journey of life continues.

In my artistic expression process, I found myself evaluating the image of a situation while observing the impact of randomly layered papers on one another.

Understanding how processes emerge rather than what the final result of artistic expression is opens a crack into what we see. Accelerating or slowing the effects that surfaces have on one another are the moments in which I become actively involved. To some extent, I begin to create the process without knowing how both I and the ongoing work will respond to these effects. My intention while trying to express myself is to search for myself through the shared communication formed by constant curiosity and practice.

I want to emphasize the importance of incorporating effects beyond my control into the work as part of it. These random encounters bring about the choices born from the process. A chain reaction begins between it and me. In order to understand the other, I find myself repeatedly turning inward. These returns to the self cause both me and the other to be re-formed again and again. We turn time into a tool of communication to understand each other and begin to speak together.
